Master Shi Heng Yi (释恒义) performs 13 Luohan Rou Quan (柔拳羅漢十三式) at the 3rd Shaolin Cultural Festival 2014 that was held at the Soccerdome in London / UK (第三届少林文化节 • 伦敦). Many thanks and great appreciation goes to Grandmaster Shi Yanzi and all the monks and masters from the Shaolin Guardians that made this event possible.\n\nEvery year there are several retreats that are taking place in the Shaolin Temple Europe 歐洲少林寺, the monastery where I am living.\n\nA retreat can either be a 3-day Retreat (Friday - Sunday) or a 6-day Retreat (Monday - Saturday). Every retreat is held under a specific topic, such as: Gong Fu, Qi Gong (e.g. Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, 13 Luohan), Meditation retreats and Rou Quan retreats.
